112 Call Transcript from Martin Rockwell’s number, approximately 10:05 AM:

Operator: 112, what’s your emergency?

Martin: [Panicked] Yes, hello!? Hello! My coworker’s hurt- I think he’d dead! Oh [expletive], I don’t know, man.

Operator: Please stay on the line. Can you tell me your location? What’s happened?

Martin: [Expletive]! I work for wildlife control, we were out trapping a bear. Something took him out into the woods, he screamed…[expletive], he screamed as that thing dragged him away. It was huge. I never seen any bear that big before. It was so fast… I tried to catch up to him, but it was so fast…

Operator: And where are you now, sir?

Martin: I’m out in the woods by Valea Mierii, near the Deller’s factory. I found Lenny. He’s… I don’t think he’s breathing. [Panic] He’s bloody, real bloody. Arm’s gone. He’s… covered in some sticky [expletive].

Operator: Okay, sir, we’ll have foresters, and Police on their way. Do you know how to perform CPR? Can you check for a pulse?

Martin: [Angry] CPR? Pulse? [Expletive], did you hear me? He’s missing an arm!

[A rumbling sound picks up on Martin’s end of the call.]

Martin: [Quieter now, panicked.] I think it’s still here.

Operator: Sir, remain calm.

Martin: [A loud noise interrupts the silence, followed by Martin screaming. The screams eventually die out, replaced with the faint noise of buzzing. The operator is unable to get any further response from Martin.]
