As of 10/3/25, paperwork should be finalized on the 12 acres of land, transferred from Mrs. Agatha Mahbed, to Martin Deller. It is important to note that the land is mostly forest, as Mrs. Mahbed claimed that the land was ‘protected ground.’ Upon looking into legal forms, this appears to have been an informal protection, as no paperwork of official protected status was found on file with the Romanian Government.

Great! So to make sure I understand this, we have the full clear to bulldoze most of the forest to set up a factory, correct? If so, then it sounds like we’re good to go. If they don’t have any official protections in place, that’s unfortunately on them. Once Mrs. Mahbed sees the amount of revenue and jobs we’ll bring into Valea Mierii, she’ll be thrilled. We’ll set up factory tours for a two-for-one: we make the product, and bring more people in to the village to spend!
